Doctors have also noticed that people on anti depressants have delayed orgasms. This is because they affect serotonin levels in the brain. Ejaculation happens in the following order: Emission is when the sperm moves to the testicles of the man. Expulsion is when the muscles around the penis contract, this pushes out semen from the penis and orgasm frequently happens at the same time as the expulsion.
